How to apply u2y=0 condition in coefficient form PDE

I am solving two coupled differential equations in domain I and another two coupled equation in domain 3. The domain 2 does not contain any equation and it is simply model a dielectric layer with 0.1 thickness. I have attached the problem in the pdf. I want to impose the boundary condition at boundary 6 and 7 as stated in the pdf. But I am unable to implement

1) ∂u2/∂y=∂u2/∂y=0 how can I do it?Can I use constrain and set R value to 0-u2y?

2) I want to impose the boundary condition of k1u2x/u1^2|left side(boundry 6)= k1u2x/u1^2|right side(boundry 7). I believed I can implement by choosing continuity of u2. Does this mean n.(c grad(u2))|left=n.(c grad(u2))|right satisfies above boundary condition as my c coefficient in the equation is k1/u1^2? Because in the manual, it did not talk about the continuity of the gradient even though in the gui interface I can see that n_dst ⋅ (c∇u2 + αu2 – γ) =n_src ⋅ (c∇u2 + αu2 – γ) when applying continuity of u2. (My n_dst=n_src=nx(normal vector perpendicular to the boundary) according to my interface).
